Important Notes Before Purchase

Non-Luminous Keycap: The keycap itself does not emit light. Its glowing effect relies on your keyboard's RGB backlighting. The brightness and color of the glow depend entirely on your keyboard’s lighting strength. If the effect differs from the product photos, it is due to variations in your keyboard's lighting. All keycaps are quality-checked before shipping, and product images are taken with our own keyboards.

Material Care: The keycap is made of resin. Avoid dropping it or applying excessive force to small, delicate parts, as they may break.

Handcrafted Details: As this is a handmade product, minor imperfections may exist. Perfectionists, please consider carefully before purchasing.

Fragile Material: Resin is more brittle than standard plastic, so please use and handle it gently.

Returns Policy: This product is not eligible for returns without reason.

Shipping Damage: Upon receipt, check the product immediately for shipping damage. If damaged, take photos as evidence and contact us via email promptly.

Fit Adjustments: Due to slight size differences in keyboard switches, if the keycap feels loose or tight, gently heat the stem opening with a hairdryer for a few seconds. Once slightly softened, carefully adjust it into place.
